[00:00:01] Speaker A: Now, wait a minute. Now wait a minute. [00:00:02] Speaker B: There's times when it can feel like voting sucks away at your very Lifestream. [00:00:09] Speaker C: Yeah, that. [00:00:10] Speaker B: It. That it takes away your. [00:00:13] Speaker A: Your. [00:00:14] Speaker B: Your energy. [00:00:15] Speaker C: Your. [00:00:15] Speaker B: Your Mako energy. Maybe even. [00:00:18] Speaker A: Oh, God, here we go. [00:00:21] Speaker B: But I. I want to implore you. We need to soldier onto the pol. A Voting avalanche. [00:00:34] Speaker A: Give me more. This is what I signed up for. [00:00:39] Speaker B: We need to use all the. All the five colors of Materia. [00:00:46] Speaker A: All the five colors. [00:00:48] Speaker B: Summon, Summon, Ifrit, Shiva, and Bahamut all at once. [00:00:52] Speaker C: Don't forget love. Don't forget love. The fifth material Element. [00:00:55] Speaker B: The sixth material. They won't teach that truth in the schools to you. They'll tell you there's only five materials. [00:01:05] Speaker A: Six material. Love. [00:01:11] Speaker B: This is all just to say, you just gotta. [00:01:15] Speaker A: What you gotta do. [00:01:16] Speaker B: Oh, you just got to vote. [00:01:20] Speaker C: It's time to vote. [00:01:21] Speaker B: You gotta vote. [00:01:23] Speaker C: It's the most important election of our lives. [00:01:25] Speaker B: You gotta vote election. Which will be, I do truly believe, [00:01:29] Speaker A: the most important election of our lifetime. This is the most important election of our lifetime. [00:01:35] Speaker B: This is the most important election. [00:01:37] Speaker A: Don't you you hear that? This is the most important election in our lifetime. I certainly think it's the most important [00:01:44] Speaker B: election of my lifetime. [00:01:46] Speaker A: This is the most important election of our times. Politicians say every time, this is the most important election. This one's really that important. [00:01:55] Speaker C: I'm trying to fight into the polling booth, but I need better material. Oh, crap. I should have upgraded my material. Damn it. I'm fighting towards the floating booth. [00:02:03] Speaker B: When you think about it, voting is an active time battle. [00:02:08] Speaker A: Oh, it's. No, it's turn based. It's turn based. [00:02:11] Speaker B: No, it's all turn based time battle when, you know, when you're in the voting booth. [00:02:16] Speaker A: Yeah, but here's the thing. You're selecting your choices, all right? And that's not. That's not at the time battle to me, dog. [00:02:25] Speaker B: It's an active time battle. Because you're, like, glancing over your shoulder occasionally, like, oh, my God, am I taking a long time to vote? Oh, this is so awkward. [00:02:34] Speaker A: No, it's. Oh, no, no. I'll take all the time I need. All right? As a matter of fact, I put the wait time all the way down to slow. All right? I'm taking every chance I get. And then also, also, fair note, I like to change the background of the voting. So sometimes I like to have a little bit rosy. Sometimes I like to have the regular blue. Sometimes I like to have a little bit green. But, you know, I definitely put the Wait. Time on slow. [00:03:03] Speaker B: Castle. Castle background. [00:03:05] Speaker A: No castle background. If anything, just straight. You know what? Pride colors. Sometimes. Sometimes we do pride colors. [00:03:13] Speaker B: Ooh, I like where this is going. Okay. Okay. Yeah, yeah, I can respect that. I should probably introduce who is talking at you right now. I mean, you probably know to some extent that I am Kennedy Cooper, the stalwart bastion against the people who refuse to vote every day. And then we've got. We've got. As always, you're not going to believe this, but I. Andrew, I'm struggling. You know, I know so many Andrews. I'm actually struggling a little with your last name. Andrew Field. [00:03:58] Speaker A: Dude. [00:03:59] Speaker C: Oh, my God. [00:04:03] Speaker B: My brain was like, Andrew Hillary. I was like, that ain't right. Come on. [00:04:07] Speaker C: I mean, we did have a first episode. Fun statistics. Fact, if you vote every day, you are seen as to be 10 bajillion times sexier than the average person. But they have research behind this. They have studies behind this. They have science. [00:04:25] Speaker A: They got numbers. [00:04:27] Speaker C: Yeah, you got numbers. They got. Mr. McPhd, actually, Dr. McPhd, my apologies. [00:04:35] Speaker B: Joining us to get in line and stay in line, we've got Albuquerque comedian all around, awesome guy, friend of mine. [00:04:44] Speaker A: Talk about me, talk about me. Hey, what's going on, everybody? Listen, I got my material already slotted in. I'm ready to go. Okay, let's not play. Oh, but here's the thing. We may have to take a break because I got to go to Goblin Island. I got to go fight a whole bunch of goblins to get these nuts. So I can go ahead and get my golden Chocobo, so I can go down the street and make sure that my number two pencil is ready, you know, saying so. [00:05:09] Speaker B: Yeah, yeah, okay. I respect the hustle. [00:05:12] Speaker C: I'm glad to have some real royalty on this chat in this podcast. Like, we usually believe in democracy, but, like, if you're a king already, we'll take it. [00:05:20] Speaker A: No, no, no. Here's the thing. I am nothing but the man of. I literally just ate a sleeve of fig news right before we got on this call. Okay? I'm just like you. All right? I'm just like you. Wow. [00:05:35] Speaker C: I'm voting for you right now. I don't even know what you're running for. [00:05:39] Speaker A: No, don't, don't. Because I will keep it real. [00:05:43] Speaker C: It's too late. [00:05:45] Speaker A: If you ever see my name in a poll says no. I'm doing bad to tell that things are going to be all my friends [00:05:54] Speaker C: who are real people who exist to vote for you. [00:05:57] Speaker A: No, no. Well, we'll tell them to turn around, Turn around and think about the choices. Because here's the thing. We're not. We're not doing. We're not gonna do great with me. I'm just gonna be an. I'm like, nope, nobody ain't gonna be able to do until sick gets better. All right? No more parties, all right? No more hullabaloos, no more boots to park. Okay? [00:06:17] Speaker C: I'm pretty sure you already won a local election and some random off of that stage like you. You have no idea how good you're making yourself sound, [00:06:30] Speaker B: man from Ohioed real fast if you keep this up. [00:06:33] Speaker A: Well, here's the thing. Andy's been known me for a while, but, Ella, you only know me for maybe five, ten minutes. Do not, do not. Do not base your judgment on me on maybe 600 seconds. So fair enough. And once again, hey, just like a lot of other people, I'm a man of numbers, all right? Because there's somebody that said this. Men lie, women lie, but numbers don't. You want to know who said that? [00:07:03] Speaker C: A number number? [00:07:05] Speaker A: No. Sean Carter, AKA Jay Z. Now. So back to these polls. Back to these numbers. [00:07:12] Speaker B: Okay, Royal. Royal. We'd like to give people a brief chance at the start of the show to shout out what they got going on where people can get involved with them. Stuff like that, you know, just right up front, real, real, real fancy. [00:07:25] Speaker A: Like, oh, oh, oh. I love it when you get to meat and potatoes at the beginning of the meal. All right, so we do it both times. [00:07:32] Speaker C: We do it at the beginning and we do it at the end. [00:07:35] Speaker A: All right, well, real quick, the big one and Kennedy's the best way a part of this one. Local stand up comedian. I'm working with Astronomia of the new host of the Usual Suspects. We're gonna get that popping off back in June, also at Astronomia, I filmed my comedy special, Royal Wood. What it is. It comes out on my birthday, June 9th. We're gonna do it on YouTube a whole different to all the different types of avenues. And I host a lot of other stuff around town too. Actually just got done doing a show yesterday. But yeah, basically that's. There's. There's a lot. And I don't want to take up time saying all the things because there's a lot of things. But just know you wanna. If you see Kennedy, then you're gonna see me. [00:08:21] Speaker B: That's a good way to put it. [00:08:23] Speaker A: Yep. [00:08:25] Speaker B: Yeah. Well, thank you for. Thank you for saying nice things about Astronomia. I Always appreciate that. [00:08:32] Speaker A: Well, because. Because it's a. It's a new home base. It's gonna be a new home base for a lot of folks, especially for comedy and art and. And music. So. Yeah, I mean, of course I'm gonna. Of course gonna chop it up. Dude, come on. [00:08:46] Speaker B: All right, so you wanted to talk about a video game. Well, I mean, arguably a video game series. [00:08:54] Speaker A: You know what? Yes. All right, so. Oh, go ahead. [00:08:57] Speaker B: No, did you want. I thought you were going to take over the place. I'm ready to take over the floor. [00:09:02] Speaker A: Oh, no, no, no. Because you, Kennedy, you know me, you know, I would talk. This is something I would definitely talk about. Now. I would like to say personally, first of all, for anybody, for all the wonderful thousands and thousands and millions of listeners that we got right now, we are going to be talking about one of my favorite video games of Final Fantasy 7. But however, that's just the. That's just the door. That's what? The door. Because here's the thing. Final Fantasy 7 opened up my eyes to the full world of RPGs. And not just regular RPGs, JRPG, CRPG. Hell, it even brought me back to the bare basic, the bare bones of any RPG D. So. But then there's some things that I got. I gotta bring up that nobody really ever talked about, especially with the Final Fantasy series. So. Yeah, that's what y' all about to get into today with me. Just want me to say it because I feel like I said a whole bunch of stuff. [00:10:05] Speaker B: Yeah. So Final Fantasy VII, huge cultural icon for like 30 years now. [00:10:10] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:10:12] Speaker A: No, that's a long time. [00:10:14] Speaker B: Yeah, I mean, it's really had staying power in the cultural zeitgeist. We continue to get Final Fantasy VII games, both remakes and new games to this day. There's like. [00:10:24] Speaker A: They actually. They actually just released another Final Fantasy for the phone. It's one of those, like, got the [00:10:31] Speaker C: pond type of games, Final Phonacy. [00:10:34] Speaker A: Right. There's so. There's so many of them. So many of them. Like Brave Exodus, Fallen Dimension. Well, the dual song. That's the last one that just recently came out. Oh, like ever, like. Like, I don't say everquest, but ever, evermore or something like that. I'm telling you, they're trying to milk crisis. Ever crisis. Ever crisis. Yes. I swear they're trying to milk this cow until that cow ain't got no milk no more. [00:11:01] Speaker B: Yeah, there's like. There's like seven or eight total standalone games, I think, or something like that. [00:11:07] Speaker A: Yeah. [00:11:07] Speaker C: I'm looking Up Final Fantasy 7Ever Crisis on my phone now, and I'm just seeing this photo. New playable character, Sephiroth. [00:11:16] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. I mean, they. Now here's the thing. And this is. And this is the writing. This is like, honestly, this is more expansive than anything I've seen, like, Star wars done in, like, years. Because we all know with Star wars, there's the books, you know, and then there's the movies. And sometimes the books ties in the movies and the manga and the comic books and whatnot. But this is all contained. This is all contained. And then now, mind you, and we are like, we know. I've known about the remake and whatnot. To be perfectly honest, after the third one, I'm good on remakes. I'm good. Like, I got my fill. Thank you, dude, for doing this. Let's move on. Let's move on, everybody. Let's, let's. Let's do. Let's do some more dope stuff. Wait, can I clap on here? Yes, you can't. Hell yeah. [00:12:06] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:12:06] Speaker A: All right, let's do some more. Let's do some more than this, you know, so. But a lot of people don't realize, like, you know, the story of the whole Final Fantasy series now, basically square or Square software, I don't know which one was first, but basically Final Fantasy was their last game. They were basically taking a shot in the dark for basically any sort of like, game. And then they just basically once again took the bare bones of D D and then put it into ones and zeros. And so now, yeah, once again, years later, years late, 30, 40 years later, here we are on, like, digital systems and stuff and still going through that system, you know, and. But the. What. The fun thing for me was that. And I was actually talking to my friend Phil about this because he was the one who introduced me to Final Fantasy 7. He would use to bring his PlayStation over to my house. And honestly, I mean, I loved it. I never got past honestly because he had to go home. Obviously he didn't live up in the house. But, like, I would normally get up to, I would say, calm down. So basically that's when, you know, you learned about find, capturing chocobos and stuff like that, you know. But when I actually played the game and beat the game, it was. It was an adventure. It was a journey. It like had emotion, had feelings. It was like, it had connections. Every character felt fleshed out. And then that led me to go into like, okay, what other games are like this? It like stuff like that, you know, and then to be perfectly honest, my number one. My number one rpg. Well, jrpg all time Earthbound. Earthbound will always be top notch for me. Just due to the fact it's very simpistic. Okay. Once again, Dragon Quest, but without any other quest. You know, it was a straightforward here and there. Okay. But Final Fantasy 7 opened up my eyes to other genres and other realms of RPGs. And then basically now going into like me getting older and stuff and realizing like. And here's the thing, here's the thing, like I'm about to turn 40 and like maybe like a couple of months. But when I was a kid it wasn't really D and D was still one of those, I don't say cult type of things, but nothing really talked about like you know, for school, for me. But then again we had people doing the V SNES emulators in the library cafeteria playing Dragon by Dragon Ball Z Budokai and stuff like that. Yeah, but, but like for me it just opened up a lot of different genres and like avenues of stories and characters and connections that I don't feel a lot of other games would have done for me. A lot. And like, you know, being able to immerse myself in another world, let's say, let's say I had a bad day, you know, let's have a bad day at school, that day home, whatever the case, if I turn it on, I. Maybe for like an hour or so I can immerse myself in a different world and have that world struggles, have that world problems, take care of that and be like, okay, I. I'm able to have the energy to go back and deal whatever I had to deal with in my real world. So that's what funnel for me. [00:15:34] Speaker C: I can relate to that because like for me also when I first placed Final Fantasy 7, that was a bad part of my childhood. The only reason why I played it is my family didn't have a place to live and we were living in the garage of good friends. So I can definitely relate. And that's when I experienced Final Fantasy vii. So I could definitely relate to that. [00:15:58] Speaker A: Yeah, for sure. [00:16:00] Speaker B: I have really fond memories of playing not seven, although I did play seven, but playing Final Fantasy 10 while my ankle broken when I was a kid. [00:16:09] Speaker A: Oh God. [00:16:10] Speaker B: And I was, I was just miserable for months. And you know, this game, it was like, it just took me away from all of that. You know, I, I just, I would just forget about like that, oh, I'm the kid with the broken ankle. All Summer. This summer, you know, and instead, instead I'd be like, I'm. I'm in this crazy ass world playing blitz ball. [00:16:34] Speaker A: Get off water pole. [00:16:36] Speaker C: The golden saucer meant so much to me. I love the golden saucer. [00:16:43] Speaker A: And just try and get that gold chokable. And like. [00:16:46] Speaker B: Yeah. And then. [00:16:47] Speaker A: I know. And I know, I know. A lot of us were on the game FAQs, you know, printing out a whole bunch of sheets. Make your dad mad because you were running out all the ink in the [00:16:58] Speaker B: printer with your parents all the time about the printer. Oh, my God. [00:17:05] Speaker A: And it was one of. And you know, they knew it was running because you heard that. And it's not like they were using it for their taxes, but it was still a thing. But anyway, in the really early. [00:17:17] Speaker B: I mean, royal. You and I are old enough now to remember in the really early days, I mean, you couldn't even fire up the Internet in secret. Up the Internet. You get that? [00:17:31] Speaker C: Yeah. All right. [00:17:31] Speaker A: It's. Hey, hey, hey, gentlemen, let's. Let's put on some pants and go back in the way back machine. Because I'm gonna tell you some. We would go. We would go to Babbages or EB Electronic Boutique and we would go to get a primer. A primer guide. Okay. No, okay. [00:17:52] Speaker C: You speak of a forbidden age. [00:17:55] Speaker A: Like I said, time machine. All right? Get your flux capacitors and all that stuff, all right? Get into the DeLorean. We're going back. You would have to look somebody in the face and say, excuse me, sir. I want this magazine to let me know how I get the huge material from the goddamn rocket ship, okay? That's what we had to do back in the day. All right? That's what we did. It is. [00:18:15] Speaker B: It was. It was revolutionary when suddenly the Internet was good enough and you didn't have it scream at you anymore. And so I could just get up. I could be in the middle of the 2am Because I used to be a teenager. I stay up late. I don't do that. [00:18:29] Speaker A: Oh, God. [00:18:30] Speaker B: But you know, I used to be like. I used to be up at 2am playing my video game, being like, ah, I'm stuck. And I, I. You know, it was revolutionary when the era when you could actually just go check that without it being a whole hassle. [00:18:44] Speaker A: Oh, God. [00:18:45] Speaker C: A lot of games. There's an easy to access wiki Wiki. Like, oh, God. Yeah. [00:18:50] Speaker A: No, everything. Okay. All right, so as of even as we speak, as of right now, Monster Hunter 3 twisted reflection, right? PlayStation 5. That's what I'm playing right now. I can literally go on my iPad and figure out what mutations, what mutations I need to do to get what possibilities. But back in the day, oh, no, I had to wait until the morning because my dad didn't want me on the computer at 2 o' clock in the morning. And you had that queue and stuff like that. Mind you, I had to go to school at like, 7 o', clock, so I was already tired. But basically trying to figure out, oh, man, how do I open up the door for cool X for Super Mario rpg or how do I get the lazy show? Stuff like that. We. We had to call somebody. We had to call another individual. And they look through a book. They look through a book and they talked about. And guess what? That costs money on the phone. All right? That's a whole bunch of money. Your parents were like, hey, why is this number on the phone bill? You had to be like, oh, well, I was trying to figure out how many different endings there were in Chrono Trigger, Right? No, like, this is. This is like some real stuff. But now it's just like, all right, I could play the click, they clap and then figure out what's going on. Insane. Insane. But back to the main thing. Back to the main thing we're talking about real quick. This is my beef with Final Fantasy, though. I'm gonna tell y' all real quick. And this is something that now. What's that now? [00:20:20] Speaker B: We're getting beef now. [00:20:22] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [00:20:23] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. [00:20:23] Speaker A: I am definitely not a vegetarian, but all right, so basically, for me, Final Fantasy was cultural. For me, because they're not just because of the RPG aspects, right? But because they showcase a black character. Like a prominent black character in the video game Barrett Wallace. Barrett Wallace will always be like my number one video game character. All right? So now here's the thing. They go through all of these different, like, characters, and they have all these different weapons. Like, Cloud has a sword, like Eris. She has a staff. You know, red 13 claws. Why the. Why the first black guy gotta have a gun? Why you gotta have a gun? And not only that, not only that, why does the gun have to be attached to his arm? It's not like he. And then they add, oh, Vincent Valentine, he's a vampire. He still uses gun, but it's cool, because the vampire. No, the first legit black Final Fantasy character was a black guy with a gun. Now, I was thinking about this, though. Okay? I was thinking about this, and I was kind of pissed. But then I realized there's also Sid Highwind inside. Sid Highwind normally uses spears. And I don't want. I realized I didn't want the first Black Spears Final Fantasy character to be a spirit Tucker, that. That, like, I don't care. I do not care. I was like, all right, that's fine. Until. Until Final Fantasy 13. Now, what I like to say about Final Fantasy 13 is that Final Fantasy 13 was the prototype for the Final Fantasy 7 remake. Though there are a lot of similarities in between the two games, I. E. The Rail Runner. I mean, the railroad type of progression because basically you just move forward. You never really went back places until like, maybe I've never. [00:22:23] Speaker C: Yeah, I've always heard it described as always. [00:22:26] Speaker A: Always simulator, basically. And then also with the. With the combat system, with the. With the break and the stagger. That's reason why you see break and stagger and basically every Final Fantasy or Square Enix, what have you game out there right now to break in the stagger system, right? So now here's. Here's the thing. They introduced another prominent black character. His name was Ass. Now, mind you, here's what happened. Both Bear and Zaz, wonderful father types. Very emotional. They gave that guns in this one too, all right? Guns. All right? The one kid. There was a kid, he had a. A boomerang. There's a girl with a slingshot. All right? The dude, Snow, he gets to punch people. Why is that? Gotta have a gun, too. All right? Why you gotta have a gun too, y'? All. It was enough that he had an afro. Like, come on. But like, why did he. You know what? That's the reason why I was upset. I was gonna say, why can't we just have like a cool weapon too? Why can't we get a sword? Why can't we do it? [00:23:37] Speaker C: Let's give black people swords. [00:23:39] Speaker A: Let's give black people swords. [00:23:41] Speaker C: Yeah. Let's give black people swords. [00:23:43] Speaker A: Listen, I need. I need. I need that on the shirt. [00:23:46] Speaker B: Here's the thing that really bothers me about this too. Now that you bring this up, like, it's really sitting with me because whenever we do give black people swords, it always becomes a cultural hit instantly. I mean, think about Afro Samurai, one of the. One of the institutional. [00:24:03] Speaker A: We can even take it back even further. The first Marvel movie possible Blade, okay? Like, once we start going through that, that, that disco, that vampire disk. No scene. That techno rave, and then this slicing up vampires left and right, all right? [00:24:20] Speaker B: You can't even say that there's some economic disadvantage in giving black no. Okay? Because when we give black people swords, it's. It's an economic win for creators in almost every case. [00:24:35] Speaker A: Listen, like, I will. I will be 100 with you if you gave me a sword right now. I'm moving different, okay? I have newfound confidence. All right, Listen, you can. I'm not saying don't look at me in the eye because I'm swallowing you. I'm saying don't look at me in the eye crazy. Because I have a sword. All right? I have a sword. Don't look. Be quiet. I'm gonna take. I'm gonna take all. I'm not gonna steal anything. I'm not gonna be rude, but just know for a fact you talk to me crazy. You're getting something sliced off. Yeah, I have a sword. [00:25:12] Speaker C: Like, one of my arguments for diversity in media is it's cool. Like, I. Black Spider man, he's a. I kind of. I like him better than Peter Parker. Okay? I like Miles Morales. [00:25:22] Speaker A: They make him more grounded. They make a. [00:25:26] Speaker C: Just. If we stop, like, you have enough people who look like me, okay? We could have. You have enough people who look like me. We could. We could have more cool people. We can have more cool people. [00:25:37] Speaker A: And I will. Okay, we're. We're on. We're on a digital platform. We are on an audio media platform. And I will 100 say this, not every talking about comic books. I know there was an outcry with this one character for the show, Iron Fist. Everybody. I've heard a lot of people complain about why Iron Fist was a white dude, why wasn't he an Asian American. And I will say this. I will defend Iron Fist to the day I die because he links up with my favorite comic book character of all time, Luke Cage. His story was that he was a rich ass white boy who parents got lost in the Himalayan mountain. They got shot and killed by his partner, but he got raised by these monks, and then he had to put his hand in the heart of Salon the Undying to become the Iron Fist. That is his backstory. That's what it was written in comic books. So don't be mad about source material. I will say that to the day I die. He's an awkward white boy. Yeah, of course he's supposed to be. He's a white boy that got trained in kung fu by monks. He has a glowing hand. These are comic books, guys. Get the over it. Get the over it. All right, there's real going on right now to where that. We are not complaining. We shouldn't Be complaining about. Oh, my God. And the Falcons. New Captain America. Yeah, Cool. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Also, there's a black Spider man. There's, like, There's a. There's a black Superman. All right, Technically, the black Superman was supposed to look like Obama. That's what it is. Black Nick Fury. All right, check it out. In the ultimate universe for Marvel comic books, they even add that Nick Fury. If you was in a movie, who would you want to play you? And they legitimately said Samuel L. Jackson. It's imprints, so people just be complaining about dumb all the time. But, yes, back to. Back to what we're talking about way, way before. Give black people swords. Oh, man. Okay. Oh. Matter of fact. All right, so since y' all are privy. Or Final Fantasy A little. Final Fantasy 7. A little bit. I don't have to say. I don't want to say majorly. All right, give me. Give me your material setup. Oh. If y'. [00:27:52] Speaker C: All. If y' all remember forever, since I played the game nights of the round. [00:27:59] Speaker A: You know what? That. Here's the thing. No, no, this was what I'm gonna tell you what you just did right now. So he was at the one end of the basketball court, and a basketball. You're dribbling, and you're about to get a billion dollars if you're able to land it in the other side and the other basketball court. And that's what the you did. That's what the you did. Knights of the round. [00:28:26] Speaker B: Off. [00:28:26] Speaker A: Off top. Yo. Yo. I don't think there may be, like, a fire. [00:28:33] Speaker B: Fire, too. Am I allowed to say enemy skill? [00:28:38] Speaker A: See, that's. That's thievery, if you think about it. But I mean, yeah, yeah. I mean, I've used the White wind every once in a while. I mean, it's great, but I mean, for me, absolutely. Encounter with Death Blow. Counter death Blow. And then also Final Attack. Phoenix. Because, I mean, you're gonna kill me. Ah. [00:29:03] Speaker C: Not only. [00:29:04] Speaker A: Not only am I gonna come back, and not only am I me and my people gonna come back. You're gonna get fire damage. Boom. Boom. [00:29:11] Speaker B: But my general strategy often involved just like Spam Summon Shiva. [00:29:18] Speaker C: Yeah, Yeah. [00:29:19] Speaker A: I mean, if you do Quadro Magic, that's fair. But at the same time, that's like. For me, it's. It's more or less I'm. I'm. I'm an auto player. Like, if I'm able to do stuff without actually touching the controller. And in my head, I kind of feel Boss Nova about it because it's like, if I level up everybody right, I don't have to do nothing. You know, that's how. That's just me personally. But then again, I'm kind of lazy, too. Lazy, so. But my, like, yeah, absolutely. It's. Final Fantasy has opened up the doors. So for me, for, like, a lot of different stuff, like, a lot of different genres, another genre for me would be the Tales of, like, Tales of Fantasia, Tales of Vesperia. Oh, oh, oh. I love Tales of Vesperia. To. To the day I die. [00:30:10] Speaker C: I hate to be a normie, but mine is Tales of Symphonia. I'm sorry for such a normie thing. [00:30:16] Speaker A: It's not a normie thing, all right? Because, I mean, if anything, if you even know of the Tales of the series. [00:30:23] Speaker C: Okay, I'm still a nerd. I. I was trying to fool you, but I'm still a nerd. But, yeah. [00:30:27] Speaker A: No, no, no, no. Hey, hey. No fooling here. No fooling here. All right? [00:30:32] Speaker C: Okay. Okay. I'm sorry. I was gonna stop fooling you. I'm sorry. I'm a bad person. [00:30:38] Speaker A: No, you're not a bad person. You're just a jokester. This dude doesn't do things right. So now there is one series. There's one series, and they're coming out with remakes and stuff that. I'm not gonna lie. [00:30:58] Speaker C: I don't. [00:30:59] Speaker A: I don't have time for. And it's the. The Legend of Heroes, the Trails of Series. Y' all heard of Those? [00:31:06] Speaker B: There's like, 40 billion of those games, right? [00:31:08] Speaker A: Yeah. I legitimately. One day at work, I was like, I want to learn about the history of this game. I'm still listening to that YouTube video from last week that basically the Loris, you know, And I'm just like. I've listened to lore of, like, different other games, like the Yakuza games, which I love as well, but, like, no, I don't have time to figure all this out. And you want me to replay all these games? Like, because there's even Spin Offs or Spin Offs. And I'm like, no, I'm an adult. Like, I need sleep. I don't have time for this. [00:31:47] Speaker C: Sleep is a government myth for Big Pillow. [00:31:54] Speaker A: Get Big Pillow out of my house. All right. [00:31:57] Speaker B: Actually, you know what? I might welcome Big Pillow into my house. I like the sounds of a big Pillow. [00:32:02] Speaker A: You know what [00:32:05] Speaker C: Big Pillow is? Mike Lindell. [00:32:08] Speaker B: Okay, well, he's the CEO of My Pillow. [00:32:11] Speaker A: Oh. [00:32:12] Speaker C: Oh. Oh, my God. Those are two different words, aren't they? Okay, you're Right. [00:32:17] Speaker A: Big pillow. Listen, we should. We should have a business called Big Pillow. That'd be nice. [00:32:23] Speaker C: It's just the biggest freaking pillow. [00:32:27] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:32:28] Speaker A: Hey, hey, hey. Perfect pitch. Hey, guys, what's up? My name is Will. Work with astronomia. Hey, are you tired? First of all, are you tired? [00:32:37] Speaker C: I am. [00:32:40] Speaker A: There you go. Secondly, are you tired of small pillows? [00:32:43] Speaker C: Oh, my gosh. Mine is so. My head keeps falling off. [00:32:49] Speaker A: Well, do I have news for you. My name is Roboy, and I'm one of those CEOs of Big Pillow. [00:32:57] Speaker C: Oh, my God. [00:32:59] Speaker A: And do I have a deal for you. You. You want a big pillow? We got big pillows. Do you want to cut the medium pillow? That's gonna be a little bit extra. But guess what? Big pillows, regular price, all sizes, all colors, all big sizes. All right. [00:33:17] Speaker C: My house. This is amazing. [00:33:19] Speaker A: Pillow so big. You're gonna have to buy a house for your pillow. [00:33:22] Speaker B: Wow. [00:33:26] Speaker C: All right. [00:33:26] Speaker B: I feel like we're pretty jazzed up right now, and so I think probably a good time to slide on into the voting booth here. [00:33:32] Speaker C: Okay. [00:33:35] Speaker B: To get into some topics, I've got. I've got a pretty long list of questions today about some of the consequences of Final Fantasy 7 stuff as it could pertain to our political universe. [00:33:50] Speaker C: Okay, so, Kennedy, it's going to take me a while to get into the voting booth. Like I said, my setup is Knights of the Rounds, which means I beat everything, but every fight takes forever. So, like, I'll be in the voting. I'm making it to the voting booth. Let's stop. But just know it's going to take me a while because I have to go through that cutscene every battle in line. [00:34:13] Speaker A: Well, here's. Here's the thing. I'm on the way with you. Same setup. However, it's an emulator version, so with the emulated version, I'm able to do fast forward. Okay, so emulate your way to voting booth. [00:34:27] Speaker C: Right now. [00:34:29] Speaker A: Emulation, everybody. Right now. Emulate your way to the voting booth. That's the second shirt, right? [00:34:35] Speaker C: All right, so what's some of the questions you got, Kennedy? [00:34:38] Speaker A: Lay it on, brother. [00:34:40] Speaker B: I want to start with kind of an easy one. What historic political revolutionaries do you think would be allowed to join Avalanche? [00:34:53] Speaker A: Oh, definitely not Franklin Delano Roosevelt. He would. He would. Him and Barrett. Him and Bear would be best friends. They be best friends. Not Lyndon B. Johnson, though. Who. Which one had polio? Wait, was it Franklin Del Roosevelt? Didn't he have polio? One of them? Well, not. Not the one that had polio. Because if you're sitting there trying to do bombing runs, you're not. [00:35:23] Speaker C: You're not with the polio one. [00:35:26] Speaker A: Yeah, Snap. All right, well, he's got to be back at 7 7. All right. Abraham Lincoln for sure. Not George Washington. George Washington works for Shit Rock. I'm gonna go ahead and say that real quick. George Washington works. [00:35:41] Speaker C: I love how you interpreted the question better than we could imagine. The question was historic revolutionaries. But yeah, no presidents. Keep going on with the president. [00:35:52] Speaker B: Anything you want. [00:35:53] Speaker C: Yeah, anything. Anybody you want. Anybody. [00:35:55] Speaker A: Listen, first of all, George Washington works for Shinra. Okay? Donna Kennedy surprising enough. Wutai. Let's see. Oh, Obama. Obama from Cosmo Canyon. So that's dope. Let me see. Oh, definitely Bill. Bill Clinton was in Golden Sauce. No, no, that Bill Clinton was in Don Corneo. He was over here and Market. All Market. Doing some slick. All right, let's see who else we got? Who else we got? Oh, I'm gonna say Kamala Harris definitely works for Avalanche first, sir. But you know what? Definitely Robert. Robert F. Kennedy. He definitely works for the General Lab. [00:36:52] Speaker C: Yeah, [00:36:55] Speaker A: he's over there just doing weird dumb. That doesn't need to be with. All right, that's how we cool. That's how we got the soldier situation. But also, you got some random who got into his head that he's a savior in the planet and brings a meteor down. That's what the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Is doing right now. That's what the he's doing. And guess what? [00:37:14] Speaker C: He's doing that rfk. [00:37:17] Speaker A: What? No, no. You want to know who's doing the One winged goddamn Kid Rock. That's what he's doing. [00:37:23] Speaker C: All right, I. I hate you because you're telling me the truth. One way, Kid Rock. God damn it. One Ring it, Kid Rock. [00:37:33] Speaker A: One way Kid Rock. My name is Sa. Yeah, that's him. [00:37:43] Speaker C: Sing a song for Osmosis Jones. [00:37:47] Speaker A: You know what? You were right. You are right. But. Yeah, I'm trying to think. Okay, you know what? You know what? This is the last one. Bernie Sanders. All he wanted to do is just make. Make the planet better. Yeah, that's Bernie Sanders right there. [00:38:08] Speaker B: Is it possible to ethically raise a golden chocobo? [00:38:13] Speaker A: Oh, so here's the thing about that. Now, if you're Mike Vic. I don't know, but, like, no, no, no. My big, wonderful football player also all that. But anyway, no, I'm. I want to say no. Well, first of all, let's. Let's go. Let's go to the beginning, all right? On let's, let's. We're gonna. We gotta ask a real question. Is it ethically. Is it ethical to capture chocobo? [00:38:42] Speaker B: Okay. [00:38:43] Speaker A: Like, should we be. Should we be catching chocobos in the first place? Like, should. Should we be. Should we be [00:38:52] Speaker B: cows and stuff? Is that ethical? [00:38:55] Speaker A: I mean, that's fair. That's fair. But like. Oh, but then again, yeah, like, who. Who was the person, probably Hojo rfk, who basically found out that if you made a male yellow chocobo with a female green chocobo after giving them xeno nuts to get a white chocobo, who found that out? Who was the first person? I was like, oh, you know, like, that's. That's the question. [00:39:25] Speaker C: The guy who figured that out. His cousin was the first person to drink cow's milk. [00:39:31] Speaker A: Oh, he was like, oh, wait a minute, wait a minute. They make this. Come on. You blame him, right? They came from that. [00:39:40] Speaker B: Hey, man, maybe all the guy had was a yellow chocobo and a green chocobo and a bunch of xenonuts. Maybe that's just what he had. [00:39:50] Speaker C: That's nino nuts. [00:39:53] Speaker B: And then he's telling his buddies, like, hey, I got these white chocobos. [00:39:56] Speaker A: But here. But here's the thing. How. And I'm going to be serious about this. How did they find out the. The combination needed to make a golden chocobo? Because you would have to sit there and think about it, like in a real. Like, let's. Let's be honest about this. In a real life situation, a golden chocobo is like a sea biscuit. All right? That's like an in lineage. Because in all seriousness, they. We were talking about like the triple crown and stuff, because they had like the. The big. The big hat people horse show, I want to say, a couple weeks ago. But. But they were talking about lineages and like the horses that come after. After what's called Seabiscuit and. Oh, like Warhammer or war horse or whatever. Dull horses, right? And with those jeans. Okay, so basically, you have to think about what chocolate? Like, did y' all realize about these jeans that to where this would happen? Because having a horse with a triple Crown, one in a million. All right? But basically trying to get a gold chocobo, once again, game FAQs. But it's still just the simple fact of, like, getting to that gold chocobo, all right? And in the process. Okay, granted. All right, fine. All right, fine. In the game, all you gotta do is go to go in and out of a town. All Right. Go in and out of a town to do the RNG random number generator. Okay. And so basically, to be able to populate which ones you need to go through with the chocobo tracks and stuff. But at the same time, especially for this, how did somebody know they had to fight a specific goblin to get the nut to be able to blend in the black and white chocobo to make the golden sugar bowl? Huh? Explain House way. All right. Riddle me that, Batman. Okay. There's so much. There's so much. All right, and then. Oh, back to the main thing, the time. That's why I talk about going in and out. Do you know how long it would take for you in real life to breed a golden chocobo? Your family, your. It would have to be your. Your descendants. Your descendants will have to carry on your legacy and breeding this gold chocobo because that's how long it would take. That's how long it would take. It's not no, like, simple, like fast forward thing. So, no, I don't think it's really ethical to breed chocobos. But at the same time, if you got the resources, You gotta feed them greens too. You gotta free them. Oh, even worse, you gotta feed them greens and you got to get them into an S club over at the chocobo races over at the gold saucer. Which means. And now, mind you, all this is money. All this is money and time and whatnot. Sure. You're trying to get the champions broke [00:42:41] Speaker B: that in mind, I want to ask which. Which politicians do you think would have the money, time and temperament to raise a goal? Or pick one or two top picks for us politicians, current or past. [00:42:57] Speaker A: No, there's one. I don't want to talk about them. There. Maybe politicians, politics right now or in the past. In the past. Obama for sure. Obama would definitely get it. Obama definitely get a chocolate boat. New Gingrich. Newt Gingrich. Oh, new Gingrich. Rock and roll. Al Gore would not get. Al Gore would not. He would. He would actually protest the treatment of chocobos. [00:43:35] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:43:36] Speaker A: Just because he works with the wwf, the World wrestling for generation. So, like, the main thing is definitely everybody on the wrong side of history except for a couple of people would be able to survive that because basically they're just gonna sell them anyway. They're just gonna flip them. All right? This is gonna flip the gold chocobos just for some actual lucrative fun. They're not. They don't care. They don't care about the passion, all right? They're just There for the guilt. [00:44:04] Speaker B: On the subject of the morality of chocobos. Which states would make chocobo ranching illegal, do you think? [00:44:13] Speaker A: Oh, illegal or illegal? [00:44:16] Speaker B: Well, both, but, you know. [00:44:18] Speaker A: Oh, definitely. Everything that every state that was in the Confederacy, they're definitely make that legal. For real. For real. Like that, that Bible Belt Kennedy, you know. [00:44:29] Speaker B: Yeah, the chocobo bell. [00:44:32] Speaker A: The chocobo belt, baby. Chocobo Billy and all of his friends gonna be over there white hatting it up, looking like Doug Dimmerdale from Goddamn the Crow. [00:44:44] Speaker C: Doug Dimadel. [00:44:46] Speaker A: Hey, I'm Doug Dimmerdale and boy, do I gotta check the bowl for you, like. Nah, just like. Yeah, definitely. All the states in the Bible belt now remind you the rest of the states, they would have chocobo rehabilitation stations, but that's only because of the fact from the chocobo belt and all the chocobos being breeded and raised out there. So it's. Oh, yeah, definitely. All the southern states would definitely try to make that, like, super legal, profitable. I'm talking about. Oh, betting for sure, for sure, for sure. Fanduel. Oh, yeah, yeah. [00:45:27] Speaker B: Chocobo ranching is going to be legal in Nevada, right? [00:45:30] Speaker C: Oh, yeah. [00:45:31] Speaker A: Oh, of course. They're gonna have the money ranch. They're gonna have the bunny ranch right next to the chocobo ranks. [00:45:37] Speaker C: Like, I grew up in Las Vegas. [00:45:40] Speaker A: Oh, they're gonna have. They're gonna have the honey bee in right next to the chocolate ranches. [00:45:45] Speaker C: Like, I grew up in Las Vegas and I only found out in the year 2024 that there was a time where sports betting was illegal in most of the United States. It took me that long to find out because I lived in the one state where it was an exception to all the gambling. [00:46:02] Speaker A: Oh, of course, of course. So, I mean, and it's crazy to think about that now as it's like, well, now everybody could just go on their phone and be like, oh, hey. Oh, hey, I want to put the spread. I want to put the spread on the next three games, and then I want to bet on the under, like, out of here. It's insane. Okay, so who. [00:46:22] Speaker B: Who bans it, though? [00:46:23] Speaker A: Who banned it? Oh, I'm trying to. [00:46:27] Speaker B: I'm trying to be like, here in New Mexico. I feel like we're kind of on the line. [00:46:31] Speaker A: Here's the thing about New Mexico. We would definitely ban it. However, there would be staff up. There would be a whole bunch of people saying why, though. They would ask why. That's just that. And that's just Being real about it. Like, they. Because some people, like, look, New Mexico, It's. It's a split because there's a lot of people who want it to be classical, like, rustic and whatnot. So have that. We're still holding on to our. Our roots and whatnot. But then there's also a lot of people who want to be. Modernize it up, just being like, oh, hey, this is a new things we're having. So I feel it would just. It would definitely be. It would definitely be in the. On the ballot for sure. It will be in next year's ballot for sure. [00:47:19] Speaker B: That's. That's legit. Yeah, it'd be on the ballot, I think. I think it would be one of those, like, issues that's on the ballot for a really long time. [00:47:28] Speaker A: Oh, and they go back and forth. They have the town hall meeting basically every other week talking about, well, this is the benefits and whatnot. It's like. And then we can also build a stadium for the money and, like, all that type of stuff. And it's just like, oh, my God. [00:47:43] Speaker B: Hunting chocobos are the same states that let you ranch. [00:47:46] Speaker A: No, no, no. [00:47:49] Speaker B: More complicated. [00:47:49] Speaker A: Nope. We're not. We're not doing that. We're not. We're not doing that. [00:47:58] Speaker C: You know what? [00:48:00] Speaker A: We're not doing that. We're not doing that. All right, here's the thing. Here's the thing. Really one thing, but actually the harm the horn, because I put it to, like, if there was a pharaoh, and this is a weird combination of words to say if there was a feral chocobo, sure, you put it down, but at the same time, when have you seen a feral chocobo? If anything, they're normally docile, and if they see somebody, they're gonna run off. The only reason. The only way that you could catch a chocobo is if you feed them. The gox was range to where they're distracted. All right? Other than that, they're gone. They ain't trying to mess with nobody. So, no, we're not. We're not doing that. [00:48:41] Speaker B: But. But would some states allow hunting chocobos, do you think? [00:48:45] Speaker A: Once again, it's a chocobo belt. That's. That's. That's their real. [00:48:53] Speaker B: Real talk. You're at the Iowa State Fair. You. You're at the Iowa State Fair. [00:48:59] Speaker A: Okay. Can I ask you why you're. [00:49:02] Speaker B: You're just there chilling? [00:49:04] Speaker C: I don't know, because you lost all sets. You made a bad life choice. You're at the Iowa State Fair. Because you made a really bad life choice. [00:49:13] Speaker B: You got booked to do a comedy set at the Iowa State Fair and it pays well. [00:49:18] Speaker A: That's okay, all right. I do know. Okay, There is actual black comic in Iowa. All right, go ahead with the scenario. [00:49:27] Speaker B: So you, you've been booked at the Iowa State Fair to do comedy and it pays well. And then Andrew and I are just there because we're white and, and I live in Illinois. [00:49:39] Speaker C: I decided to visit. [00:49:42] Speaker B: So we're at the Iowa State Fair. I want the answer from everybody. You see a deep fried chocobo leg booth. [00:49:51] Speaker A: I'm moving on. I'm moving on. Yeah, you gotta finish the answer. You ain't gotta finish. I'm moving on. [00:49:58] Speaker C: I am waiting until I am out of your eyesight and I am going to lie about it afterwards. [00:50:06] Speaker A: Hey, guess what? And guess what. I'm gonna look you into the windows of your soul and I'm gonna know that you're lying. And that's going to be detrimental to our friendship. [00:50:17] Speaker C: Yeah, we already clarified canonically. I'm a bad person. [00:50:20] Speaker A: And that's how I know. And that's how I know. [00:50:24] Speaker C: Listen, I'm just gonna wait. [00:50:27] Speaker A: Before I even opened up the book. I already know. [00:50:31] Speaker C: Yeah, look, listen, I never, I never. I did. I, I, I just had to use the bathroom. [00:50:37] Speaker A: No, no, because here's the thing. If you're a bad person, bad people don't care about messes on their eyeballs and lips and stuff. I will know that you ate a chocobo. I will know. No. [00:50:50] Speaker C: Okay. I'm not gonna do it because I know I'm gonna be in trouble because my crime will have consequences. [00:51:00] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Consequences and repercussions to your actions. I will tell you this in your face. If you're going to do that, don't. First, don't even tell me what you're doing. Just walk away. Let's walk away because I'd rather not know. I'd rather not know that you lie to me about it. All right? [00:51:19] Speaker C: I wouldn't do it because there would be consequences for my actions. That's my answer. I would not do it because there would be consequences for my actions, Andrew. [00:51:30] Speaker A: And here's the thing, and it's short span that I've known you, I've grown to care about you, okay? But I can't care about people who do weird shit. [00:51:38] Speaker C: Okay? That's fair. I won't do weird shit. I won't do weird shit. I can't care about people who do weird shit. Okay? I won't do it because it's weird shit. And I've decided to stop doing weird shit. [00:51:49] Speaker B: I hate to tell you this, but I've got an even weirder question. [00:51:55] Speaker A: Oh, no. Oh no. [00:51:57] Speaker B: I've got an even weirder question. [00:52:00] Speaker A: Wait on me. We're already here. [00:52:01] Speaker B: Are our lab grown Genova cells vegan? [00:52:05] Speaker A: No. Oh, they are definitely not vegan. None of that is historically, medically, physically, emotionally, smell. None of that is. None of that is feasible. All that. None of that should have happened. There's gonna be hunting with that. They should. She should have left well enough alone, all right? Whenever Lucretia came around, she should have just let him, just her and Vincent be together. Shouldn't have been weird. He should have been weird. Alfana. [00:52:36] Speaker B: That's true. [00:52:37] Speaker A: She should have been safe to where that Eris had to be left on the train. On the train station to where her mom found her. No, no, none of this. And guess what? I get it. Progressive character development. I don't give a. None of that. Should have been down instead of went down like that. No, no, no. Really cool. We don't. We don't get a super soldier, right? Oh, man. Oh, shush. We don't get somebody who's gonna be able to leap over stuff with a cool ass sword. Oh, I'm cool for that. Wonder why. Because I ain't gotta deal with. All right. I ain't gonna deal with emerald and sapphire, a ruby and ultimate weapons flying around the sky just because you want to get all willy nilly because you miss your mom, all that. Dude, no, no, that. That twice. Real talk. Nah. Yeah. Very unethical too. By RFK Hojo. Very unethical. They're basically like, like. [00:53:40] Speaker B: So names, names are kind of important in politics. Yeah, like Royal. I mean, you've got a great name for politics, Royal Wood. [00:53:50] Speaker C: I would still vote for you. I'm sorry. [00:53:52] Speaker B: Yeah, I'm sorry. [00:53:53] Speaker A: All right, then you're voting for well known corruption. [00:53:58] Speaker C: Look, I live in Illinois. My governor. I'm Illinois. My governor is a billionaire and I like him. So yeah, bring on the corruption. [00:54:09] Speaker A: Oh, well, here's the funny thing. I. I originally came from Michigan and I met a gentleman named Kwame Kilpatrick. Do you all remember this guy? Yeah, he was like the mayor of Detroit. And I went to. I went to government. I went to a government thing when I was in like high school and stuff. I met him, found out corrupt. [00:54:30] Speaker C: He had. [00:54:30] Speaker A: He had a lady on the side named Strawberry, let's put it like that. [00:54:34] Speaker C: Oh, okay. [00:54:36] Speaker A: Yeah. So I. Give me the question one more time. [00:54:41] Speaker C: We only gave you half the question. [00:54:43] Speaker B: Yeah, I never got to the question all the way. I was just saying names are important. So with that in mind, that names are important in politics, do you think a guy named Rude could get elected to office? [00:54:56] Speaker A: Nah. Secret Service, obviously. I'm sorry. There's a Secret Service cabinet making sure that president first. The first Noah. No. He did a horrible job, Noah. He's a janitor. Rude is a janitor. You want to know why? Because not even like, maybe like two to three hours into the game, the president of Shinra Energy Corporation gets killed. Where the were you at? Where the were you at? Over there with Reno. Oh, and goddamn wutai. And no, you should have been over by the president's side to make sure you didn't get killed. But guess what? You weren't. And now Rufus is in charge with all this goddamn belts and shit. No, no, Rude is a janitor. Rude is. Rude has a degree in custodial arts. Okay? That's rude. [00:55:49] Speaker C: Custodial arts. [00:55:52] Speaker B: What about. I. I've got a question about Aoife. Is that short for Antifa? [00:55:58] Speaker A: Oh, man. Kennedy. Kennedy. Oh, well, I'll see her. Than Tifa. I like. I really don't. Here's my thing. I see her as somebody just trying to make it and somebody. Somebody who's in love with. See somebody she's in love with somebody who's in love with somebody who. The love with somebody who's dead. That's. That's t. Wow. [00:56:29] Speaker B: The love with somebody who's in love with somebody who's in love with somebody who's dead. That is exactly. That is. Yeah. [00:56:35] Speaker A: Yeah. And she. And she's stuck. But guess what? That's who. That's who she. That's who she wants to be. That's who she wants to be. She need to be like, oh, I can't. I can't. I can't. [00:56:47] Speaker B: Who she. That's who she wants to be. You know, it really explains a lot that I romanced Tifa when I played this game. And then a lot of bad relationships. [00:56:59] Speaker A: Oh, yeah. [00:57:02] Speaker C: I just. I just want to say for the date, I specifically went after Barrett. My first time playing the game, I specifically went after him for the date. [00:57:12] Speaker A: And. And that's why you're a real one. That's why you're a real one. [00:57:16] Speaker B: It's the best choice. [00:57:18] Speaker A: I mean, if anything, it's just a broken. [00:57:20] Speaker B: Yeah. [00:57:21] Speaker A: Yeah. Y' all just hung out and just did shit. [00:57:23] Speaker C: Yeah. [00:57:24] Speaker A: I mean, as a matter of fact. As a matter of fact. And the emulated version for the PlayStation 5, you get a trophy if you go on a date with Barry. [00:57:34] Speaker C: Yeah, it's. It's objectively the. It's the correct choice. [00:57:38] Speaker A: Yeah, it's the correct choice. [00:57:40] Speaker B: It's not to go on the date with the girl who's gonna die because she's gonna die. Come on. Get your shit together. [00:57:47] Speaker A: Get your together. [00:57:48] Speaker C: If a woman's about to die, don't her kindness in her final hours, according to Kennedy, don't show her kindness. [00:57:57] Speaker B: That is not. That is. That is a. That is a very uncharitable. [00:58:10] Speaker A: Wait a minute. As another caveat, don't show affection and don't level her up to level 99. [00:58:16] Speaker C: Okay, you know what? That's what you were trying to say. Kennedy, I'm sorry. You say if the girls. If a woman you like is sick, don't level her up to level 99. I'm sorry. [00:58:29] Speaker B: A lot of stress on a sick person. They might live longer. I'm sorry for missing rocket at level 40. [00:58:36] Speaker C: I'm sorry. [00:58:37] Speaker A: Hey. Hey. If you. If you know a girl and you love her, make sure you take all the material off of her equipment, because you might not get it back. You may not get it back. That material is basically the hoodie that is the hoodie of the Final Fantasy World, [00:58:58] Speaker B: definitely. If you don't loan. Don't loan a partner your summon materia unless you're sure. [00:59:06] Speaker A: Unless you're sure. And if you are gonna loan them, at least make it once again, the combination Final Attack Phoenix so they can come back. All right? That's all I'm saying. Just be like, yo. All right, fine. Just take these two and make sure you have equipment and you have them linked. None of that whole, like, oh, it's just six material slots. But they're not links. They need to be linked. I've been telling you that for years, girl. I've been telling you that for years, girl. But no, you want to walk out the house with your little carbon bangle, which only has three material slots, and only two of them are linked. You know what? Fine. Go on the streets. Fine. You deserve it. Fine. Go ahead. [00:59:49] Speaker B: Yeah, you want to walk out in the streets with my Knights of the Round, you go for it. [00:59:55] Speaker A: You go for it. All right? I'm over here with my Typhoon. Okay, this has been. This has been one of the best conversations of 2026. I just want to let y' all know that. Thank you. [01:00:08] Speaker B: I might even I might even let you rock out with Alexander. [01:00:12] Speaker A: No, no, no. That. You ain't taking out Xander. No, no, that's like meeting Mom. Nah, that's like that. Because you gotta go through some to get Alexander. All right. Also. Also for me personally, it's not. It's not. [01:00:32] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:00:33] Speaker A: However, it's. It's the holiest. It's the holiest. [01:00:36] Speaker B: Okay. All right, that's fair. [01:00:39] Speaker A: But this one. This. [01:00:44] Speaker B: Do you think. Do you think Barrett could win an election with. With. [01:00:49] Speaker A: Yes. Yes. [01:00:51] Speaker C: Even with all the controversy with the [01:00:53] Speaker B: gun army, do you think you can win a Democratic primary, specifically as a Democrat with a gun? [01:01:00] Speaker A: You're asking the wrong person the right question. He black. I'm black. I'm going for the black guy. Wallace already in a voting booth. Once again emulated. Fast forward Barrett 1. What else? What do you want me to do? Like that. That's. Next question. [01:01:20] Speaker C: He's his own security detail, and that saves the taxpayer money. [01:01:25] Speaker A: And also, he's very smart. He has high vitality. If you equip him right, he could basically place cast barrier and reflect on himself. It's very smart. He's just a big, goofy, lovable, emotional guy. [01:01:38] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:01:39] Speaker A: That's all. That's all. That is so. Absolutely, absolutely. But not a second thought. Like, I don't even know why we're still talking about this. I'm sorry. [01:01:47] Speaker C: You're right. You're right. He's our next president. [01:01:49] Speaker A: I apologize for this. I apologize for me being as Raboo says I was. Was. However. [01:01:55] Speaker B: No, no, don't apologize. [01:01:57] Speaker C: Don't. Don't apologize. The first of all, this podcast. I'm the only person who's supposed to be apologizing. First of all, this podcast. [01:02:05] Speaker A: Hell yeah. Oh, and then the second rule of the podcast. I'll talk about the podcast. [01:02:11] Speaker C: What podcast? [01:02:12] Speaker A: What podcast? Which is. You're just talking about game, but yeah, no, absolutely. Unless. Unless. Going back to what I said earlier, he does some weird. He does some weird, then I'm out. [01:02:24] Speaker C: I mean, he did do the eco terrorism. [01:02:26] Speaker A: Yeah, but he. Yeah, but he had a reason. He had a reason. The world. He legitimately said the planet is dying. Which it was. Which it is. So granted. Did he take extreme measures? Absolutely. Terrorist part. But what's the first part of what that was? Eco. [01:02:44] Speaker C: Yeah, he did the eco. He did the. [01:02:46] Speaker A: He did it for the planet. I took it for the planet. Yes, that's what he did. So, I mean, you can't. You can't just wave me on, my man. That's that's just. That's just what it is. [01:02:57] Speaker B: Okay. [01:02:58] Speaker A: Yeah, you got me heated. Yeah. [01:03:01] Speaker C: No. Are you stunned, Kennedy? What material stuns people again? [01:03:05] Speaker B: As I were to take the episode down, because I, I, [01:03:11] Speaker C: Yeah, you stuns, Kennedy. Like [01:03:16] Speaker B: you hit me with one of those stun powers. I lost a turn. [01:03:19] Speaker A: Oh, oh, listen, a paralyze. All right? All you need is a. All you need is a panacea. [01:03:25] Speaker B: All right, well, you know, I didn't invest in Aerith, as we mentioned. [01:03:31] Speaker A: You know, you never, you never. You keep them around to be able. Listen, you don't even need. Okay, so how you get heirs of the ultimate weapon? You basically either have to pick the large box or the small box. You pick the small backs, you get her ultimate weapon, mind you, once again, first this. But you pick the big weapon, you get like an elixir or whatever. Always pick the big box. There's no, there's no point. Especially. But at the same time, if I was playing with. So if, If I was watching somebody play that, I would definitely tell. Get the little box. [01:04:04] Speaker C: Why wouldn't you invest in your healer? Is there something that happens to this character later on that I don't know know about? [01:04:11] Speaker A: Why. Why would they give. You know, and you know what you want the part about it. It's at the beginning of the game. It's at the damn beginning of the game. [01:04:20] Speaker C: Like everything else in my healer, I don't see the problem in giving her most powerful weapon. Does something happen to her? [01:04:28] Speaker A: Does something happen? [01:04:29] Speaker C: Tell me [01:04:32] Speaker A: you got something out there or it's entrapment. [01:04:38] Speaker C: Surely she makes it to the ending of the game. [01:04:40] Speaker A: Oh, why don't I see her in all the nice CGI clips? Where is she at? [01:04:47] Speaker C: Copyright. Copyright lock. [01:04:50] Speaker A: Oh, exactly. How they added Spider man and all the other clips on Civil War. [01:04:56] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Doesn't appear because of copyright reasons. [01:05:02] Speaker A: Yeah, like, she's basically a shared character between. Between two companies, so she couldn't really be. She couldn't really be publicized like that, so. [01:05:14] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:05:14] Speaker B: Yeah. [01:05:15] Speaker C: All right, Kenny, you got any more questions for us? [01:05:18] Speaker B: I do. It seems like I'm the one getting bewildered this time. Okay, I want to talk about Sephiroth posting. [01:05:30] Speaker A: Sephiroth posting? [01:05:32] Speaker B: Yeah, you know, Sephiroth, he invented a way of. Of speaking. So in some ways, first of all, [01:05:40] Speaker A: he was a little wispy. If we. If we want to break it down to bare bones, because all he did was. Let's whisper. Hello, Cloud. How you doing today? Hey, don't get the out my ear [01:05:53] Speaker B: saying all this stuff about the humans are too weak and. Maybe. [01:06:05] Speaker A: Oh yeah, because he. Because he was a tattoo baby too. Huh, I forgot about that. Yeah, I don't know. I don't know. Like he. [01:06:13] Speaker B: He was always a little freak saying weird to you. [01:06:19] Speaker A: All right? He was tech book Merriam Webster dictionary definition of food. [01:06:26] Speaker B: And his freaky monologues inspired many other video games to have characters like this that would give these like freaky philosophical, pseudo intellectual wank off monologues. In games you say wank off. Yeah. [01:06:47] Speaker C: Yeah. And like there's this idea on social media that if you post enough, you'll eventually get somebody doing Sephiroth posting in your mentions. [01:06:58] Speaker B: Yeah. Because there's always on social media that they sound like Sephiroth when they're replying to you. That, you know, you get these replies that are like, you couldn't possibly understand the implications of the things. [01:07:16] Speaker A: I don't need. I don't need you being philosophical on a goddamn social media website. Off. Especially. And especially if your profile picture is of separate. Nah, I'm not taking you seriously. [01:07:30] Speaker B: No, that's a really bad sign. It's a really, really bad sign. Immediate red flag. [01:07:35] Speaker A: That's like. That's almost like basically somebody having the Joker is like, oh, I'm looking forward to Harley Quinn to my Joker. No, you just looking to start a domestic violence. That's all you're trying to do. You're not a good person. Don't talk to me. Don't talk to me with your nonsense. [01:07:52] Speaker B: So I want to ask who do. Who do we think is the politician that Sephiroth posts the best? What politician is the best at being a weird little freak giving these long pseudo intellectual answers that don't mean anything. [01:08:15] Speaker A: Who was the info? Who was the infowar guys? [01:08:17] Speaker C: Alex Jones. [01:08:19] Speaker A: Yeah, I would say. Well, okay, I would say Alex Jones would be a hyped up version of Sephiroth. [01:08:26] Speaker B: Yeah. Discovered cocaine. [01:08:30] Speaker A: Oh God. Oh no. But okay so. [01:08:35] Speaker B: But okay, so basically like let's listen is straight edge. [01:08:41] Speaker A: He's very straight edge. Have you seen the story? [01:08:43] Speaker C: I'm just picturing this in my mind and Alex. A one winged Alex Jones. They're turning the freaking Frogs game. We have to stop them by destroying humanity. [01:08:54] Speaker A: He said they're turning. [01:08:59] Speaker C: Oh no. Alex Jones. [01:09:05] Speaker A: They're turning off the frog skate. Alex Jones. Alex Jones has three forms. He has Alex Jones and then he has Safer Alex Jones and then he has Bizarre Alex Jones. [01:09:26] Speaker C: How many forms of Alex Jones have we. Oh no. He's about to turn into the third one after losing Infowars, isn't he? [01:09:33] Speaker A: Oh, no, no. Why does Al Jones have another health bar? And why are all the sounds in Italian? [01:09:43] Speaker C: Oh no. [01:09:45] Speaker A: Oh no. I just used my last elixir. I'm singing for Alex Jones. [01:09:51] Speaker C: Alex Jones. [01:09:53] Speaker B: When they start singing in Italian in your Japanese video game, you're fucked up. [01:09:57] Speaker A: You're. [01:10:04] Speaker B: That's always the sign that like a seven armed spider lady is about to jump out of the wall and she's got 95, 000 health and, and attacks every. Every other second or whatever, you know. [01:10:20] Speaker A: Oh. The worst thing about that is basically not only. Not only does the music stop, it's a full fledged cut scene. It's a full fledged mutation. It's a full fledged. Somebody wrote that somebody. On a late night. Okay. On a late night. Friday, Saturday, they grinded that whole CGI situation to have you fight another. Harder. Nah, nah. And you thought you, Alex Jones, you [01:10:49] Speaker B: thought that the princess was trustworthy, but then she transforms into this. God damn it. [01:10:54] Speaker A: You know what? I would. This is completely. It's on subject, but off subject. So on a real. They were talking about one of the hardest, one of the hardest bosses in Pokemon. And it was actually Pokemon Coliseum. And basically what the guy did was he explained how the nightmare, the Knifemare of the town that you're at, mind you, as you got done being the elite four, once again, you're only on level 50. He comes through what level? 60 Pokemon that you cannot be. That's basically. That's basically if it was Alice Jones. Bizarre. Alex Jones. [01:11:33] Speaker C: Oh yeah, yeah. I remember that fight well. And like for those who don't know, Pokemon Coliseum and its sequel XD are the only, only Pokemon games where you can capture specific Pokemon that your enemies have. So alongside trying to beat it, if you want to actually get all the Pokemon, you have to. I believe he had a Tyranitar. You have to try to catch a Pokemon at the same time, which is. [01:12:00] Speaker A: It's wild because it's like basically at the beginning of the series. And once again we're getting a little. A little off subject. But at the beginning of Pokemon you had. What was it? Team Rocket and Team Rocket, you're basically supposed to be fighting them because they were stealing Pokemons. Now you're flipping the script because now you're the one stealing Pokemon. [01:12:22] Speaker C: Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like for those who haven't played, there are corrupted Pokemon that the evil team and you're saving them and trying to uncorrupt them. So you can't just Catch everybody's Pokemon, but there's very specific ones. And you're the hero. In the first game, your partner can detect them, and if you try to catch a Pokemon who's not corrupted, she's like, no, bad go. Whereas in the 2nd and XD, you have a piece of technology that locks up if you try to catch it. But, yeah, you're the hero trying to save the corrupted Pokemon. [01:12:57] Speaker B: Sounds like your team rocket. [01:13:00] Speaker C: Yeah. Yeah, your team rocket. All right, Kennedy, I see where your cursor is on time to ask that question. [01:13:07] Speaker B: No, you don't know where my cursor is. You don't know nothing. [01:13:12] Speaker C: Okay, fair enough. I'm. I'm wrong. [01:13:15] Speaker B: You're wrong. [01:13:16] Speaker A: You're not. You're not wrong. [01:13:19] Speaker C: I'm wrong. [01:13:20] Speaker A: Oh, wait a minute. No, you are wrong. Yeah, let me take that back. Because you're trying to. You're trying to eat on some Chocobo meat, so. Yeah. [01:13:27] Speaker C: No, I never said I would do that. I never said the words I would eat the Chocobo meat. [01:13:33] Speaker A: Oh, no, you definitely said, hey, guess what? [01:13:40] Speaker C: You got my ass, okay? [01:13:42] Speaker A: You got my ass. [01:13:43] Speaker C: Your name is got my ass. You're too cool for me. All right, Kennedy, I'm wrong. Let's go. [01:13:54] Speaker A: I'm not trying to be cool for anybody. I just make sure that we're all on the same level. Like I said, if you're gonna do some weird. [01:14:04] Speaker C: Because there's consequences for my actions for the first time. [01:14:06] Speaker A: Yeah. I want you around, okay? I don't want people saying, hey, do you know that one dude, Andy? Yeah. I saw him put his mouth on some chocolate meat. And I'm gonna be like, now, now we're gonna have a whole conversation. [01:14:19] Speaker C: Okay? [01:14:19] Speaker A: Now we're gonna have a whole talk. [01:14:21] Speaker C: Okay, fine. I won't eat the chocobo meat. Because for the first time in my life as a white dude, there's actually actual consequences for my actions. [01:14:30] Speaker A: Hey, welcome. Welcome to every day of my life. All right? Every day. [01:14:40] Speaker B: I don't even know where to go now. What do you think Shinra's pride month tweet would be? [01:14:47] Speaker A: Shinra Shinwood would still have a gray. They would have the pride flag, but it would still be great. It would still be great. They would even. It would just be an hour of them having punch of cookies in the break room, and that's it. And then that's not even. It's not even like rainbow cookies either. All right? They'll just have some super bland ass cookies that Scarlett brought and Scarlett didn't even thought Dudley would care. Scarlett doesn't care. Was it what was a little fat? The same stuff with H. Not, not. Not. High Digger. He definitely. You know what? This is what would have happened. Let me take that back. There would be cookies in the break room, but there wouldn't be that many cookies in the break room because High Digger and Palmer. Palmer. That's what I remember. Palmer. They would have been had. Ate them all. And so you know what? No. Cinema would definitely not have anything dealing with pride. If anything. You know what? This is real up, but I'm gonna say it. Shinra was probably sponsoring conservation camps. They would. They would. Oh, no, not confirmation Conversion camps. [01:16:05] Speaker B: Oh no. [01:16:06] Speaker A: Oh yeah. They're talking about. Oh, hey, go here if you want to train to be a soldier. No, no, it's a bait and switch. [01:16:18] Speaker C: Oh, no. [01:16:19] Speaker A: Oh yeah. [01:16:21] Speaker C: Are bad guys are villains. I'm starting to think they're villains. [01:16:24] Speaker A: No. Oh, they did villains. They try to paint themselves as altruistic heroes since, I don't know, maybe the war on Wu tie. No, still shitty. Still shitty. I don't. I don't care. I don't. [01:16:37] Speaker C: Shinra. [01:16:38] Speaker A: Shinra is basically Amazon without the packages. [01:16:42] Speaker B: Wow, [01:16:44] Speaker C: Amazon. [01:16:47] Speaker A: Exactly. Exactly. [01:16:49] Speaker B: Shinra did. Shinra's never made a award winning TV show. [01:16:53] Speaker A: You know what, Rufus? Shinra would be Homelander. [01:17:01] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:17:02] Speaker A: What if what made friends? [01:17:04] Speaker B: What if Shinra did have a streaming service? What would that be like? [01:17:09] Speaker A: It would just be trash. It'd be trash. No. What? No, I take that back. It would be Chocobo betting. It would be Scarlet on the qvc. It would be. It would be a whole bunch of propaganda. It would be a whole bunch of general propaganda. Yeah, yeah. But. Yeah, well, okay, taking it a little bit to the remake. They really did have TV stations and whatnot. To where they were basically saying, oh, hey, look at what evil Avalanche is doing and stuff like that. Yeah, but really, okay, in my head, they don't have like, okay, the. The world of Midgard. Right. They don't have sports teams. They don't have any. They don't have. The only sport that they really have is Chocobo racing. And they also have the Coliseum for sure, but they don't have any. They don't have baseball. All right, well, they have. They have card games. That's their sport. That's their sport. Somebody going around. Well, like maybe like a 52A deck. And we'll look like some, Some. Some what? Bombs and stuff on it. Like a goblin. A chocolate. Like that's their Sport? That's insane. They don't. They don't got sports, so. Yeah, that's something. And then. Oh, okay, okay. [01:18:25] Speaker C: For. [01:18:26] Speaker A: For their TV stations, they have the animated versions of Chuggle Bowls and Moogles, but it's almost like the Smurfs, because they'll have somebody pose as an ambulance member and they're like Gargamel. And so they're trying to be the planet, y' all guys taking away the planet. But then the Smurfs, like the Smurf [01:18:49] Speaker C: characters, they would make Wallace Cargamel. [01:18:54] Speaker A: Definitely Bear. Walls. Gargoyle. No, no, I would say either Barrett. No, definitely Bear. Definitely Barry. And then red. Red 13 would be the cat. Okay, yeah, red 13 would be the cat. But basically that's how they would do it. They would have all the Moogles and the Chocobos, but they would be in, like, similar uniform. They'd be like a soldier uniform or the Central Man's uniforms and stuff like that. And they're just trying to make sure that they have the energy to be able to do all the cool stuff. But that's basically the propaganda, because we all know it's the other way around. Mind you, they're having this. But then you pan out to a kid, basically sickly, as you know, watching this, because we got mako poisoning from the goddamn types because they're leaking. Because all they're doing is stuffing the energy out of the planet. So, yeah, that's basically their propaganda. And like, they, they. We even. They don't even have, like, talk shows. They don't even have, like, talk shows. And one of who will be on the talk show, Don Corneria. Don Corneria will all honestly do the airwave stuff. He will probably be the cfo, CEO of Shinra Television Entertainment. [01:20:04] Speaker B: Okay, you know what you're cooking. Is, is Shinra anti DEI or Pro DEI in some weird, cynical way? [01:20:17] Speaker A: Okay, I'm going to say Shinra is definitely inside dei, because let's look at. Let's look at the. Let's look at the. What's the word I want to use? The console. The board members, if you will. All right, yeah, we have Shinra President Shinra, Ruby, Shinra, whatever. Right? And then you have Scarlett, you have High Digger, you have Palmer. Who's the dude that was controlling cast? He doesn't. Reed. All right. Reed was a part of the. Of the actual. He was the one. He was undercover. He was a part of the sensation and stuff. All. All. All white folks. All white folks, yeah. Oh, Hojo. Hojo. Weird. As hojo. Yeah. No, it's perfectly honest. Only black person in Shinra. Rude. Rude. That's it. That's it. And the whole goddamn place. Only Rude. Not one. Not one other soldier. Not a. Not a. Tomorrow first class. You know what I'm saying? Like, out of here, Doug. Out of here. There was not one, like, Director Economical Defense, Charisse Williams, you know, like, no, they didn't have that. So. No, they're definitely anti dei. All right, if they. As a matter of fact, that's the reason why they hit Barrett so much. They're like, oh, this black man, he's special. He think he's special. Nah, nah. That. That. And the only reason why Rude is on there is because he's half damn [01:22:01] Speaker B: royal. Says the PAT stuff is too powerful today. I. [01:22:05] Speaker A: Listen, listen. He liked it. He, too liked him. Doug, listen, Rude. Rude probably lives with his white mama, all right? That's how he got into there. Daddy know what? His daddy probably knew Bear over in Coral Mount Coral before they put up the reactors and stuff. Yeah, yeah, yeah, boss Candy Company. [01:22:29] Speaker C: Yeah. [01:22:29] Speaker A: Yeah. Rude. Rude is half. That's canon to me now. I don't give a. Yeah. [01:22:36] Speaker B: All right, I've just got a couple of questions left for us. [01:22:39] Speaker A: All right? [01:22:40] Speaker B: What kind of nicknames do you think Donald Trump would give his Final Fantasy VII characters if he was playing Final Fantasy 7? And especially, like, you know, 2016. Donald Trump that was still, like, had brain cells going, maybe. [01:22:54] Speaker A: Oh, God. [01:22:55] Speaker B: If Donald Trump in 2016 played Final Fantasy 7, what nicknames is he giving the characters? [01:23:03] Speaker A: So, first of all, he would definitely call Cloud Donald. That's first of all. Oh, yeah. I'm the cool white guy that everybody likes with blonde hair. Clown Barrett would be black guy. Eris would be no tits. FIFA would be super tast. Red 13. Red 13 definitely be. Huh? The Red 13 would be same. And what do you want to be like? Like, what's that? What's that thing? What's that exactly? Same red thing. It's a thing. It's a thing. Thread. Let's see, you got Sid. Oh, he hates that. I ain't think Sid would be in a party. I think Sid would still be on the high one. Sid would be still being a high wind or [01:23:59] Speaker B: wouldn't take the time to recruit Sid or Vincent. [01:24:04] Speaker C: Very bad. Very bad. [01:24:06] Speaker A: He wanted to go into space. All right? We have a space program. Oh, Space Force. [01:24:11] Speaker C: We don't need Sid on our party. [01:24:13] Speaker A: Hey, I don't even know what I could say for you. I don't even Know if I could say what I could say for you people? [01:24:19] Speaker C: A nickname because he finds her hot. [01:24:21] Speaker A: No, that's what I was gonna say. Her name would be like bait or something. [01:24:25] Speaker C: Very respectable woman. Yeah. She stole because she had to. Who doesn't know that? [01:24:30] Speaker A: No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. You have to understand something, okay? [01:24:34] Speaker B: Yuffie did nothing wrong. [01:24:36] Speaker A: You feed may not done nothing young, but you feed the young girl, and we all know who he had ties with. Oh, okay. [01:24:43] Speaker C: I. I'm gonna cancel for my previous comments. [01:24:47] Speaker A: Okay, yeah, yeah, yeah. Let's not. That's the reason why. [01:24:52] Speaker C: You know what? You know what? You're right. You're right. [01:24:54] Speaker A: Yeah. And then you know. And you want to know what that guy is Don Cornerio. Oh, files the doc. Because that's basically what it is. That's a hundred percent what that is. [01:25:11] Speaker B: I heard you were on Don Corner. Hero's airship Dog. Can you explain? [01:25:17] Speaker A: I heard you Northern crater. What's up with that? Doug, the 20th law say that you was at the northern crater. Were you? [01:25:26] Speaker B: I went to the northern crater, but I swear I wasn't around any of the weird stuff. I. I just went there. [01:25:32] Speaker C: I went to the northern crater, but I didn't inhale. [01:25:35] Speaker A: I didn't listen. My name popped up and a couple of similar emails. All right, they were asking about me. I didn't know they were asking about me. I didn't attend nothing. All right? I was over at Tom. All right, Talk to my publicist. I was at Calm. [01:25:53] Speaker B: All right, Check the airship logs. [01:25:56] Speaker A: Check the airship logs. Oh, wait, they're done up by City of Sid. They're gonna be doctored. [01:26:03] Speaker B: All right, one final question. [01:26:05] Speaker C: One final. [01:26:08] Speaker A: Wait a minute. That's pretty good. One final threshing. [01:26:11] Speaker C: Why do they call it Final Fantasy when we keep getting new games? Oh, [01:26:24] Speaker A: Don't you dare. Was that. Was that. I was gonna say. Was that the last question? Because I was gonna. [01:26:32] Speaker B: The final question is, should soldier veterans get health care and other treatment or be tried for war crimes? [01:26:44] Speaker A: This is. Okay, so this honestly kind of hits a little bit closer home for me. Kennedy knows, but. And you may not. I just got into a car accident, I want to say, a couple months ago. [01:26:55] Speaker C: Yes. [01:26:55] Speaker A: And then also I'm prior military, so I did go to the va. Well, I mean, I'm sure. Well, I'm trying to go to the VA for all this stuff. It's. It's a. It's a mess. Whatever. [01:27:05] Speaker B: Right, right. [01:27:05] Speaker A: But here's the thing. I didn't cause Any war crimes. All right, I wasn't, I didn't go to a separate country and try to fight somebody else for their material. And mind you, I'm not saying this as euphorisms or illusions to what's happening right now. I'm just saying what is facts. But in my head I don't know. Unless. Unless you are over there doing basically terrorist to Wutai people or any other country, then yes, you should be able to have your benefits. Now once again, if you're able to make it to where you do get your benefits, then very understandable. But I don't see like in the, in, in the games I played, I'm not gonna lie, a lot of soldier, first, second, third class, they don't make it out. So I don't know, just even like a health care system place. Due to the fact of the expendability of all the soldier recruits. Mind you, everybody wants to be that top dog but nobody knew what happened to be that top dog. It wasn't even him training, it was him being made. So I digress. I don't really feel that they. I don't even feel like yeah, they had something in place like that. If anything that healthcare system is for the corporate and for the corporate pawns over at central headquarters in Midgard. And even in even that, even that copay must be a, a thousand gill for elixir. Still on the copay. Nah. When you're making maybe on maybe 10 to 100 gill a day. Nah, nah, they don't have that. They don't have that. Oh, and don't let me get started on Megalixus. They've been off the shelf years. All right, the, the tariffs and the influxation. [01:29:02] Speaker B: What are the tariffs like on Phoenix down? [01:29:05] Speaker A: Oh well here's the thing. They've been able to mass produce the Phoenix down within, within the continent that they're in. So they're able to distribute properly. Now mind you, mind you for Midgard and calm, basically the only really big ocean to see is right between or to where, you know like close to Del Sol. So really there's only one route. So it's not really that, it's not really that serious per se. But now mind you, if you're trying to get cure all those special curalls, that's when things get murky. You start dealing with Somalian pirates and all that jazz. Some people to put a bag over your head and lift it up and then you're in one location. To put a bag over your head, you're in another location type of. So it gets murky. It gets murky with mega elixirs and lectures, but Phoenix sounds household item. All right. If anything, they have holiday editions of Phoenix down, so. [01:30:02] Speaker B: Yeah, Phoenix Down. [01:30:05] Speaker C: Holiday Edition. Phoenix Down. [01:30:10] Speaker A: I'm talking about. Oh, they Edition. I'm telling you. They got the. And they got the pictures of, like, Rufus and Heidegger and Scarlett, and it's like, collect all five holiday Edition Phoenix Downs and like. And all that. Got people taking pictures with them and. Yeah, no, they're. They're good. They're good on Phoenix. [01:30:35] Speaker C: Oh, my God. Because everything sucks. Yeah. Yeah. [01:30:39] Speaker B: This has been an incredible episode. We can finally step out of the voting booth now. [01:30:45] Speaker C: Thank God. I had to use so many Phoenix Downs on myself. [01:30:49] Speaker A: Don't ask me how that's possible. Here's the thing. [01:30:52] Speaker B: I. [01:30:53] Speaker A: You're gonna hate me for this. I forgot to save. Do you think that we could do this over again? [01:31:00] Speaker B: Oh, no, no. We got it on our end. If you. If you didn't. [01:31:09] Speaker C: Yep. [01:31:10] Speaker A: Hey, listen. Yeah. Because I had a. I had a. What's called. I had a Crash Bandicoot, and I also had spent a cell, and I also had Forza Save, so that was all my. That's all the data I had on my number. Thanks. [01:31:26] Speaker C: Yeah. Voters at home, we already have one lost episode because we only had one recording. And maybe someday somebody will find it on the Instagram, Internet somehow, decades from now and be like, whoa, cool. Lost episode. But, yeah, we try to do two recordings from that ever since then. [01:31:43] Speaker A: Okay. [01:31:44] Speaker C: Try to have two people record. [01:31:46] Speaker A: Okay, cool. [01:31:48] Speaker B: We're up to two lost episodes. [01:31:50] Speaker A: Oh, that's. [01:31:51] Speaker C: Oh, no. [01:31:52] Speaker A: Dang. [01:31:54] Speaker B: Anyway, Royal Wood, everybody. [01:31:57] Speaker A: Thank you. [01:31:59] Speaker C: Thank you for being the most powerful guest we've had. [01:32:06] Speaker A: I'm not powerful. I'm just somebody that enjoys a little bit of a. A little bit of you go, then I go. Then you go, then I go. You know, [01:32:15] Speaker B: no, this has been awesome. Royal, is there anything you'd like to plug before we get out of here? Any. Any. Any places you'd like people to go to see stuff? [01:32:26] Speaker A: All right, so. All right, so let me. Let me give y' all the rundown. First and foremost, Royal Wood, what it is. Comedy special coming out July 9th. It's gonna be on YouTube. Me, the other Andy and Kennedy are still figuring that out. Speaking of the other Indian, Kennedy, also the new host of Usual Suspects comedy show at astronomia. That's on 4th and Manal in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Uh, also one of the co producers of the show Creative Kill, where the guest has a killer experience. We talk about horror movies. True Time podcast, Albat of the sort. We're filming season two right now, also in Albuquerque, New Mexico. And if you're a wrestling fan, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, we have the NWA dccw. That's Duke City Championship Wrestling. You may know me as a guy called Ty Slice. We got our next show coming up in June as well. Other than that, that's basically it. Captain Crazy Glue on Instagram. No E. Also catching crazy glue on blue sky. Thanks for Kennedy for putting me on there. [01:33:38] Speaker B: You gotta get back on your blue sky. [01:33:40] Speaker A: You know. You know what? You know, here's the thing. This is what I do is. What I do is like. I'll say a whole bunch of dumb on Facebook and then I'm like. I go from there. I'm like, okay, is this. Is this blue sky word? All right? Because there's some There. There's some intellectuals on there that. That. I'm like, okay, though. They get what I'm saying, so. I know, I know. Like, I'm not. That's the reason why I'm not on. I stopped being on the other one because I don't really have that time to sit there and be like, okay, deal with going back and forth for randos and stuff. But, yeah, definitely Blue sky. Captain Taste Blue. No E. I'm friends with Kennedy on there. So if you look at. Just go through Kennedy's and you'll see me. Other than that, that's basically it. Turning 40 on July 9th as well. Finally able to say, no, I'm too old to do that. Don't ask me. That's. That's where my head's at. That's where my body's at, too. But other than. That's it. That is it. [01:34:43] Speaker B: Oh, yeah. As always, this is the most important election of our lives. If you're not in line, get in a line. If you are in line, stay in line. [01:34:53] Speaker C: If you can clone yourselves, get in two lines in more than one line. [01:34:57] Speaker A: Yeah, yeah. [01:34:58] Speaker C: Get a. [01:34:59] Speaker A: Get more to get a 3, 4, 5. Go to. Go to different. I was gonna say cheat and go to different districts, but then again, that's cheating. [01:35:07] Speaker B: That's. I guess you're not supposed to do that. [01:35:10] Speaker C: You can. Your clones can live in those districts. [01:35:13] Speaker A: Yeah, but then again, it's like one. Like, okay, now we're getting into semantics. Now we're getting into. Now we're getting into technical stuff. Because then it's like, how long do you have to be in that region for. To be able to be considered a voter for that region and all. But I. I know I did probably do that for, like, twins and triplets, for stuff like that that live in different areas, but at the same time, it's like we're dealing with, like, same genetic code as in, like, the same person, so. [01:35:41] Speaker C: You know what? I'm going to vote in every state's election this November. Every. Every single state, including. I'm gonna vote in New Mexico, which is a different country entirely. [01:35:54] Speaker A: Okay, I. I hate what you just said. I told you. I told. I told you. But guess what? I. That. That's on me, because I remember that you're a wrong person. [01:36:04] Speaker C: I am canonically the worst person on the planet. [01:36:07] Speaker A: Canonically? Over here, putting that chocobo meat in your mouth. You didn't even know it in one thing, Kennedy. You wonder what the thing about it is? [01:36:17] Speaker B: What? [01:36:18] Speaker A: She didn't take the feathers off. She ate that thing, feathers and all. [01:36:21] Speaker B: Oh, my God. [01:36:24] Speaker A: That's real. [01:36:26] Speaker C: I'm not that. [01:36:28] Speaker A: Andy. That's real. Gross. I saw you put the barbecue sauce on the feathers, okay? And that's real. Okay, that's real. Different, dude. That's real. [01:36:36] Speaker C: Okay, you know what? Okay, you know what? This is the end of the episode, right? [01:36:41] Speaker B: The end of the episode.
